Narrative:
King air direct pmd out of FL210 climbing to FL230. Aircraft Y hec mitts 2 arrival to lax. I descended aircraft Y to FL190. Conflict alert activated. I stopped aircraft X at FL220 and aircraft Y at FL230. Aircraft Y descended to FL225 before climbing back to FL230. I was distraction by an aircraft responding to an RA 2 mins before.
