Narrative:
I was performing 'a' check job card for engine fuel tube inspection and o-ring replacement per job card instructions. Due to my experience; it took me less time to perform the job than recommended in job card but never compromised the quality and safety of my work. My supervisor accused me of not performing the work when he went out to the airplane to check on the status of the a' check. He based his assumptions on his own judgement and did not give me the opportunity to challenge his accusations. He didn't see me during the process of my work and after test running the engine as usually done after all work was completed. He ordered other mechanics to remove the seals so he could 'send them out for inspection' but never documented this action. The tubes never leaked during the process of the test run. Other mechanics saw me accomplish the work and I signed for my work. My concerns are: 1) legal and/or labor disciplinary action against me based on assumptions and a questionable process of 'O-ring inspection' even if it was proved I did a correct job since the seals did not leak during the test run and no damage was found to the tubes after his inspection. 2) if my supervisor was concerned I did not do my job; why did he compromise safety by going ahead with the engine run before having the o-rings removed for his inspection? Which itself is not a regular part of the procedure. 3) this same individual has participated in false accusations against at least 2 other mechanics in the past with no conclusive evidence that have resulted in these individuals being fired. When these events happened; he personally altered the work the other mechanics performed and signed for while my supervisor never documented the work. I was not a witness to this but the events did come to light some time afterwards. 4) I am concerned he might compromise the safety of our aircraft to attain his personal goals of framing some individual.

Title: AN A320 TECHNICIAN RPTS COMPLETING FUEL TUBE INSPECTION AND O-RING SEAL REPLACEMENT WITH ENG RUN TEST OK. SUPVR ACCUSED RPTR OF NOT ACCOMPLISHING JOB CARD PROC AND HAD O-RINGS REMOVED FOR INSPECTION.
Narrative: I WAS PERFORMING 'A' CHK JOB CARD FOR ENG FUEL TUBE INSPECTION AND O-RING REPLACEMENT PER JOB CARD INSTRUCTIONS. DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE; IT TOOK ME LESS TIME TO PERFORM THE JOB THAN RECOMMENDED IN JOB CARD BUT NEVER COMPROMISED THE QUALITY AND SAFETY OF MY WORK. MY SUPVR ACCUSED ME OF NOT PERFORMING THE WORK WHEN HE WENT OUT TO THE AIRPLANE TO CHK ON THE STATUS OF THE A' CHK. HE BASED HIS ASSUMPTIONS ON HIS OWN JUDGEMENT AND DID NOT GIVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHALLENGE HIS ACCUSATIONS. HE DIDN'T SEE ME DURING THE PROCESS OF MY WORK AND AFTER TEST RUNNING THE ENG AS USUALLY DONE AFTER ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED. HE ORDERED OTHER MECHS TO REMOVE THE SEALS SO HE COULD 'SEND THEM OUT FOR INSPECTION' BUT NEVER DOCUMENTED THIS ACTION. THE TUBES NEVER LEAKED DURING THE PROCESS OF THE TEST RUN. OTHER MECHS SAW ME ACCOMPLISH THE WORK AND I SIGNED FOR MY WORK. 2) IF MY SUPVR WAS CONCERNED I DID NOT DO MY JOB; WHY DID HE COMPROMISE SAFETY BY GOING AHEAD WITH THE ENG RUN BEFORE HAVING THE O-RINGS REMOVED FOR HIS INSPECTION? WHICH ITSELF IS NOT A REGULAR PART OF THE PROC. 3) THIS SAME INDIVIDUAL HAS PARTICIPATED IN FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST AT LEAST 2 OTHER MECHS IN THE PAST WITH NO CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE THAT HAVE RESULTED IN THESE INDIVIDUALS BEING FIRED. WHEN THESE EVENTS HAPPENED; HE PERSONALLY ALTERED THE WORK THE OTHER MECHS PERFORMED AND SIGNED FOR WHILE MY SUPVR NEVER DOCUMENTED THE WORK. I WAS NOT A WITNESS TO THIS BUT THE EVENTS DID COME TO LIGHT SOME TIME AFTERWARDS. 4) I AM CONCERNED HE MIGHT COMPROMISE THE SAFETY OF OUR ACFT TO ATTAIN HIS PERSONAL GOALS OF FRAMING SOME INDIVIDUAL.
