Narrative:
During fuel quantity verification of ship X; I noticed aircraft did not have inclinometers in l-hand wheel well; as per maintenance manual 08-21-00-2 effectivity for the inclinometers is the entire fleet. Ipc xx inclinometers are not effective for this aircraft. Fuel sticks cannot be used if level is not neutral. Fuel manual needs reference to use plumb bobs for B767-200. Effectivity needs to be updated in maintenance manual. Conflict between maintenance manual and ipc; aircraft level must be checked before fuel verification.
