Narrative:
This incident involves load planning and another last minute ZFW increase. Flight departed the gate at xa:44Z for nrt. At xa:46Z; I received a TOGW increase message of +10900 pounds. The captain was agreeable to use 2500 pounds of his extra fuel which prevented a return to gate for fuel. Had he come back; we would have also lost our slot and been further delayed. Is the load planning system ever going to get fixed?
