Narrative:
Aircraft X arrived with passenger reporting fuel leaking from overwing fuel port cap. With the evidence of fresh fuel leakage; suspected fuel cap was leaking. Replaced fuel cap; visually inspected fuel cap receptacle; found no evidence of leakage; signed logbook. Aircraft air interrupted again with passenger reporting fuel leaking from same area. Lead technician spoke with maintenance controller and he said to pull aircraft OTS. Maintenance controller called a fuel tank crew field trip. Field trip crew found o-ring damaged.
