Narrative:
Aircraft X assigned again after numerous pilot reports regarding right engine pylon structure. Further observation and inquiry to technical maintenance on flight abc; sep/sun/05 and on flight abd; sep/mon/05 concluded with the following information to maintenance when no further maintenance would be performed. Work order to maintenance regarding eight pilot reports inspection of panel with missing panel screw reveals absence of fastener hole at 6 O'clock position 2 inches below missing fastener. Comparison with panel same pylon outboard left engine same panels or other fleet pylons shows panel has 2 fastener holes vertically. Reason for difference unknown; and not addressed during maintenance reports.
