Narrative:
On routine flight sfo-ord and realized after the fact that an rvsm check had not been completed. Additionally had a problem on pushback with being hurried and released brakes prior (with ramper's consent) to completion of checklist. Then at ord we were marshaled into ramp area with several baggage carts in quarantine area. Tried to get folks to move out of way to no avail. Tail of aircraft was blocking major taxiway and had multiple thumbs up from ramp folks and taxied in without issue. Fatigue: XA20 show; rushed; and distrs interfered with SOP compliance.
