Narrative:
En route from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2; we were flying through intermittent light to moderate turbulence. We received a call from the #1 flight attendant that the seat frame for seat xx had separated from the floor with 2 passenger in it. She said she would reseat the 2 passenger. We landed without further incident; and I wrote up the faulty seat assembly in the aircraft maintenance logbook. I requested a passenger service manager meet the flight when we arrived to apologize to the 2 passenger. The passenger service manager on duty did in fact meet the flight and talk to the passenger as well as the flight attendant. This is all the information I have regarding this incident. All of my information is based on what my 2 flight attendants described to me; as I was in the cockpit at the time of the incident.
