Narrative:
Normal taxi out and takeoff at mia. At about 1000 ft we heard a SELCAL chime on ACARS radio VHF-3. We waited until non sterile period and checked the ACARS printer; but there was nothing printed. Further investigation revealed that the paper was jammed in the printer and we had several messages stating that we were out of center of gravity limits and not to take off until we upgraded a passenger from coach to first class. We contacted loads and they told us that it was only for takeoff and not necessary to upgrade anyone now. Luckily; the takeoff was normal with no adverse control during climb. My recommendation is for loads/dispatch to have the phone numbers for all control towers and to call them in the event a crew does not respond to such messages before takeoff.

Title: B737-800 FLT CREW DISCOVERS PAPER JAM IN ACARS PRINTER AFTER TKOF. LEARN THEY HAD MISSED REQUESTS FROM LOAD PLANNING TO DELAY TKOF FOR REVISED WTS.
