Narrative:
On the night of aug/tue/05; I performed a walkaround inspection on aircraft X. There were no discrepancies with the fuselage at the time I completed the walkaround inspection. Prior to the morning departure; quality assurance accomplished a walkaround inspection during an audit; and noted some alleged scratches in the rvsm critical areas surrounding the static ports. No documentation was made by quality assurance auditor; no documentation was made either in the logbook or the aircraft damage log. I feel that in the time that has elapsed between the time of the alleged findings by quality assurance on aug/tue/05; and the notification by local management on oct/sun/05 has posed some serious safety issues on critical aircraft system on this aircraft. On oct/sun/05; I notified technical services to enter a maintenance item; notified the shift manager on duty locally; and also ZZZ maintenance; where the aircraft terminated for the night. All audit findings should be documented in a timely manner; prior to further flight. Safety should always be a priority; and never be compromised.
