Narrative:
I was the technician that signed off aircraft change order #X. Several technicians were working on this step; but only 1 block was available to sign off. I was told that during an audit that 1 passenger service unit that was not modified was discovered. I cannot recall every passenger service unit that I worked on this aircraft.
