Narrative:
En route; captain became ill. Heart attack-like symptoms (nausea; dizziness; tightness in chest). Called dispatch and got conference call with medical. Joint decision made to continue to destination. Brought deadheading crew member into cockpit to assist as necessary. Captain remained conscious and able to perform his duties throughout. First officer made landing; captain taxied to gate uneventfully. Captain was met by sfo paramedics for further evaluation.

Narrative: ENRTE; CAPT BECAME ILL. HEART ATTACK-LIKE SYMPTOMS (NAUSEA; DIZZINESS; TIGHTNESS IN CHEST). CALLED DISPATCH AND GOT CONFERENCE CALL WITH MEDICAL. JOINT DECISION MADE TO CONTINUE TO DEST. BROUGHT DEADHEADING CREW MEMBER INTO COCKPIT TO ASSIST AS NECESSARY. CAPT REMAINED CONSCIOUS AND ABLE TO PERFORM HIS DUTIES THROUGHOUT. FO MADE LNDG; CAPT TAXIED TO GATE UNEVENTFULLY. CAPT WAS MET BY SFO PARAMEDICS FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
