Narrative:
I had an operational error while working sector oc-5 at ZOA. I xferred aircraft X at dohrt and stated he was at FL390 when he was actually at FL370. I was working on a new system (atops) for less than 2 weeks when the error occurred. The error should be covered under an immunity agreement covered in a national mou.
