Narrative:
We received a call from maintenance control that aircraft flight was coming in with an emergency depressurization and all masks deployed. We then repacked all the masks. Later; aircraft had a rapid decompression and cabin mask dropped. Rows 11D/east; 8A/B/C and aft lavatory did not deploy. To prevent this from recurring; it could be made an inspection item. Also; we could do an operations check of the door release to the door stop. Also; we could review the training video once a yr. My training date of oxygen mask packing video was more than 1 yr ago.
