Narrative:
Busy traffic; multiple approachs at dys AFB; including BE40; B1; T38 aircraft. Abilene approach was utilizing 'cenrap' and 'cenrap' procedures; requiring 5 mi lateral separation. Due to irregularities with cenrap; there was a possible loss of lateral separation due to the compression factor on final approach to runway 34 at dys. Abi true radar has been OTS for over 1 week. Technicians appear to be at a loss on how to get abi radar repaired.
