Narrative:
I issued climb clearance to FL330 to air carrier X when; supposedly; FL320 was in the data block from the controller working the airspace above mine. There was an aircraft at FL330 that responded to a TCAS RA because air carrier X climbing underneath. The conflict alert started and separation was lost. If FL320 was in the data block; it was an oversight on my part to issue FL330.

Title: ZOB CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR AT APPROX FL320 WHEN OVERLOOKING THE ISSUED ALT IN THE DATA BLOCK AND ASSIGNING A CONFLICTING ALT.
Narrative: I ISSUED CLB CLRNC TO FL330 TO ACR X WHEN; SUPPOSEDLY; FL320 WAS IN THE DATA BLOCK FROM THE CTLR WORKING THE AIRSPACE ABOVE MINE. THERE WAS AN ACFT AT FL330 THAT RESPONDED TO A TCAS RA BECAUSE ACR X CLBING UNDERNEATH. THE CONFLICT ALERT STARTED AND SEPARATION WAS LOST. IF FL320 WAS IN THE DATA BLOCK; IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART TO ISSUE FL330.
