Narrative:

Aircraft was refueled with 100 gallons jet with prist. Was left outside due to no hangar space available. Overnight outside air temperature was +10 des F. Aircraft was preflted and both engines started to warm up cabin and engine's oil. Engines ran for 15-20 mins. We then loaded passenger and began to taxi out for departure. During taxi; r-hand engine failed. We then taxied back to hangar. Maintenance determined that the fuel was not contaminated and both engine fuel filters were clean. Further testing of the fuel revealed a higher than normal concentration of prist additive. Normal levels are .10 to .15 parts per million. Our fuel tested .21 parts per million. All tanks were drained; new fuel loaded into plane. Advised the last 4 FBO's where we purchased fuel of the problem. 3 of them tested their fuel immediately. Still awaiting report from the last FBO we were at.
