Narrative:
We flew aircraft to ZZZ; parked it for 6 hours and flew it back to ZZZ1. On both legs; we got a strong oil smell right after xfer from the APU to the engine bleeds. The smell was fairly strong initially; but became less so as time passed. The smell never quite went totally away; but did get very faint. I did get a slight headache that I attributed to smelling this burned oil.
