Narrative:
Taxiing out of the FBO at sfo; we were assigned a new runway from what we had expected. My first officer (sic) inadvertently entered in runway 1L for the departure (we were assigned runway 10L). After takeoff on runway 10L; I began to navigation utilizing the FMS. ATC (norcal) advised us to 'fly heading 090 degrees' as we were fling the wrong departure procedure. As PIC; I should have verified that the proper runway was selected in the FMS.
