Narrative:
Saids monitor located at the ground control position is an obstruction not only to the controller working the ground control position but also to the lcw when in saprs 2 and lce when working on east flow. I've complained many times and yet nothing has been done to correct the problem. This obstruction limits the scanning of the runways before issuing a takeoff or crossing clearance. Solution: relocate monitor.
