Narrative:
Taxiing to gate after CAT IIIB autoland on runway 36L at clt. City persists in parking idle aircraft in middle of west ramp between concourse B and edge of ramp; creating collision hazard at night or in low visibility. Have called them and advised my air carrier with no help. Most recently; crj is parked there. They should all be parked at edge of ramp; not in middle; where they must be avoided going to/from gates from runway 18R/36L.
