Narrative:
While flying the ILS; ATC cleared us to switch to CTAF; we put the wrong frequency in the radio. We were flying the ILS runway 22 approach while another aircraft was departing from runway 4. At about 4 mi out the frequency error was noticed and was corrected to the CTAF. Once on the frequency the aircraft departing from runway 4 said he flew over us in close proximity.
