A C130 sebound from lsv climbing to FL190 which I thought was climbing to FL210 over bld VOR. A cpr jet on the rtr departure of las climbing to FL190. Vectored off SID. Traffic called. In sight. Told to maintain visual separation. Pilot complied. In-flight levels do not know if this was legal separation.
