Narrative:
We landed dca early. We were assigned gate X but it was occupied with an aircraft apparently with a mechanical issue. We advised ATC that our gate was not available and went to a hold pad at the approach end of runway 15. The aircraft at gate X later pushed and then we went to gate X. Instead of being early; we were 9 mins late. We blocked in at XA48. On mar/sun I noticed that somebody had changed our in-time to XA26. This is not only stealing; since I am paid by the hour; but it misrepresents my log times that control my far flight time and rest limitations. It is because someone has been changing our in and out times that I have been watching this. Our flight attendants should be notified of this also since their pay may be affected.

Title: FLT CREW OF A320 BELIEVES THE COMPANY ALTERED BLOCK ARR TIME ON A FLT WHICH WAS DELAYED AFTER LNDG DUE TO NO GATE AVAILABLE.
Narrative: WE LANDED DCA EARLY. WE WERE ASSIGNED GATE X BUT IT WAS OCCUPIED WITH AN ACFT APPARENTLY WITH A MECHANICAL ISSUE. WE ADVISED ATC THAT OUR GATE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND WENT TO A HOLD PAD AT THE APCH END OF RWY 15. THE ACFT AT GATE X LATER PUSHED AND THEN WE WENT TO GATE X. INSTEAD OF BEING EARLY; WE WERE 9 MINS LATE. WE BLOCKED IN AT XA48. ON MAR/SUN I NOTICED THAT SOMEBODY HAD CHANGED OUR IN-TIME TO XA26. THIS IS NOT ONLY STEALING; SINCE I AM PAID BY THE HR; BUT IT MISREPRESENTS MY LOG TIMES THAT CTL MY FAR FLT TIME AND REST LIMITATIONS. IT IS BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS BEEN CHANGING OUR IN AND OUT TIMES THAT I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS. OUR FLT ATTENDANTS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THIS ALSO SINCE THEIR PAY MAY BE AFFECTED.
