Narrative:
Altitude deviation occurred while climbing out on teb 5 departure. Better coordination and cooperation between crewmembers would greatly reduce the workload on the PF and reduce the chance of this situation from happening again.

Title: HS800XP FLT CREW HAS ALT DEV DURING TEB 5 DEP.
Narrative: ALTITUDE DEV OCCURRED WHILE CLBING OUT ON TEB 5 DEP. BETTER COORD AND COOPERATION BETWEEN CREWMEMBERS WOULD GREATLY REDUCE THE WORKLOAD ON THE PF AND REDUCE THE CHANCE OF THIS SITUATION FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
