Narrative:

We had doors closed and locked; before start checklist complete. We were pushed back as far as possible with the tug (the tug could not push us back any further because it was stuck spinning its tires on the ice and snow). The after start checklist was completed; and we configured the aircraft for deicing operations. Deicing started. The aircraft slid while the left wing was being sprayed. The deice truck and aircraft made contact. Aircraft's left wing under leading edge and truck's front hood on the left side. When the first officer and I felt the aircraft move; we reacted applying pedal brake pressure and confirmed parking brake set with light on. The deice truck moved away; I shut down the engines; checklist completed and exited the aircraft to inspect the damage. The boom operator stated while performing deicing operations on the left wing of aircraft; the aircraft slid towards the truck.
