Narrative:
We made a normal descent and landing at roc. Local maintenance repaired the battery charger and we continued on to pvd. During cruise at FL350 we noticed the battery charger caution light come on. Following the QRH checklist; we found the circuit breaker popped. The checklist then required a landing at the nearest suitable airport. After discussion with dispatch we decided this was roc.
