Narrative:
Aircraft was issued for a hptacc (high pressure turbine air case cooling) valve leaking. I removed and replaced hptacc and performed leak check. No leak found from hptacc. I signed off and made reference to removing the bsu due to leak. I did not remove the bsu and replace with deactivation kit but mistakenly included it in the signoff of the hptacc.

Title: A B737-700 ENG HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE AIR CLRNC CTL VALVE WAS REPLACED PER THE JOB CARD BUT BSU DEACTIVATION KIT WAS SIGNED OFF BUT NOT ACCOMPLISHED.
Narrative: ACFT WAS ISSUED FOR A HPTACC (HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE AIR CASE COOLING) VALVE LEAKING. I REMOVED AND REPLACED HPTACC AND PERFORMED LEAK CHK. NO LEAK FOUND FROM HPTACC. I SIGNED OFF AND MADE REF TO REMOVING THE BSU DUE TO LEAK. I DID NOT REMOVE THE BSU AND REPLACE WITH DEACTIVATION KIT BUT MISTAKENLY INCLUDED IT IN THE SIGNOFF OF THE HPTACC.
