Narrative:
While departure teb we were on a SID; departing runway 24. After takeoff my co-pilot was giving me the headings and altitude to fly to. He mixed the instruction from runway 19 with runway 24. One was a radial crossing; and one was a DME of 4.5 for teb. ATC advised us of the error; at which time I asked for the phone number of the supervisor; and when I reached destination I called and spoke with him. He said no action would be taken; and that there was no problem. He said a lot of airplanes make the same error; must be more cautious in the future.
