Narrative:
I took the call from the pilot on aircraft regarding a crew placarded MEL not being balanced in the logbook. The pilot called in saying that the aircraft flew through in the morning without the logbook being balanced; after the crew placard. At that time I took the aircraft OTS in the database; then I turned the call over to the desk.

Title: AN EMB140 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE TCAS SYS INOP PER THE MEL. ITEM WAS PLACARDED PER THE MEL. LOGBOOK ENTRY ON TCAS NOT CLRED PER MEL PROC.
Narrative: I TOOK THE CALL FROM THE PLT ON ACFT REGARDING A CREW PLACARDED MEL NOT BEING BALANCED IN THE LOGBOOK. THE PLT CALLED IN SAYING THAT THE ACFT FLEW THROUGH IN THE MORNING WITHOUT THE LOGBOOK BEING BALANCED; AFTER THE CREW PLACARD. AT THAT TIME I TOOK THE ACFT OTS IN THE DATABASE; THEN I TURNED THE CALL OVER TO THE DESK.
