Narrative:
During the removal of the #2 propeller for #2 engine replacement; the propeller required excessive force to remove from engine flange. It was discovered after removal; that the interface washer from a previous propeller install was missing. Due to concerns requiring excessive force on removal; the propeller was tagged unsvcable and routed to the propulsion shop for inspection.
