Narrative:

In reference to aircraft X concerning paperwork reference log page there had been a planned time limited deferral that was created to show that there were fan blades with damaged coatings worn beyond limits. Toward the end of the shift in the process of inputting the information into maintenance computer; I somehow forgot to enter into maintenance computer that this discrepancy had not yet been corrected. Instead of planned time limited deferral it was entered into maintenance computer as Y as being completed. I attributed this to fatigue; tiredness; and not paying attention to details due to lack of sleep.
