Narrative:
I was manning gate X. Aircraft #1 engine required oil service. I svced #1 engine with oil and secured the access door. To the best of my knowledge the door was secured but when the aircraft reached its destination the access door was missing.

Narrative: I WAS MANNING GATE X. ACFT #1 ENG REQUIRED OIL SVC. I SVCED #1 ENG WITH OIL AND SECURED THE ACCESS DOOR. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THE DOOR WAS SECURED BUT WHEN THE ACFT REACHED ITS DEST THE ACCESS DOOR WAS MISSING.
