Narrative:
On departure off of runway 24 at teb; the crew was accomplishing the noise abatement procedure; which caused us to do a slow or a little late turn to the SID heading of 280 degrees (teb 5 departure). The crew was following all procedures; but the controller was more in a hurry for us to get to the heading. For this reason is why I am filing. Safety of flight is the most important item. Doing a noise abatement procedure off of this runway and doing a SID of this nature puts the crews in a very heavy workload; especially with a controller (ATC) of this nature. Solution is to either fix the SID or get rid of noise abatement procedure. I can see many possible violation or NASA forms being filed by many crews; because of this situation with teb 5 and the noise abatement procedures at teb.
