Narrative:

Captain was giving a PA for early preparation by flight attendants for landing due to expected significant turbulence. We were in the forward part of aircraft. The #2 flight attendant went back and began preparing the main cabin. The #1 flight attendant and I began picking up first class and handing out coats. The turbulence began before the captain even finished his PA. We held on all the way to the back and lost footing a couple of times. I let go to pull down jumpseat and was thrown into the top and side of G3 area. I was in a slight bend looking down. My neck was injured. I have had significant pain; loss of ability to continue normal activity of duties at work and home and loss of sleep due to injury resulting in arms going to sleep and neck pain.
