Narrative:
Iad plate 20-9B improperly labels a number of the 'a' gates; specifically reversing the location of gates A4 a-c and A4 d-f (the a-c gates are located on the east side of the ramp). It also shows gate A2C as being on the west side of the 'finger;' while that gate is located directly south of the terminal extension.

Title: PLT RPTS THAT THE A2 AND A4 GATES AT IAD ARE MISIDENTED ON THE 20-9B CHART.
Narrative: IAD PLATE 20-9B IMPROPERLY LABELS A NUMBER OF THE 'A' GATES; SPECIFICALLY REVERSING THE LOCATION OF GATES A4 A-C AND A4 D-F (THE A-C GATES ARE LOCATED ON THE E SIDE OF THE RAMP). IT ALSO SHOWS GATE A2C AS BEING ON THE W SIDE OF THE 'FINGER;' WHILE THAT GATE IS LOCATED DIRECTLY S OF THE TERMINAL EXTENSION.
