Narrative:
Our operations manual bulletin states that there is no engine failure on missed approach procedure at any airports except rno and (one other) zrh commercial chart states 'engine failure on missed approach procedure 'yes.' there is a page with an 'engine failure procedure;' (not an 'engine fail on takeoff' procedure). I believe that procedure pertains to the missed approach as well as takeoff. Most crews are briefing to do the standard missed approach procedure in event of engine fail; and I'm not convinced that the aircraft performance could ensure terrain clearance.

Title: B767-300 IS CONCERNED REGARDING THE COMPANY ENG OUT PROCS.
Narrative: OUR OPS MANUAL BULLETIN STATES THAT THERE IS NO ENG FAILURE ON MISSED APCH PROC AT ANY ARPTS EXCEPT RNO AND (ONE OTHER) ZRH COMMERCIAL CHART STATES 'ENG FAILURE ON MISSED APCH PROC 'YES.' THERE IS A PAGE WITH AN 'ENG FAILURE PROC;' (NOT AN 'ENG FAIL ON TKOF' PROC). I BELIEVE THAT PROC PERTAINS TO THE MISSED APCH AS WELL AS TKOF. MOST CREWS ARE BRIEFING TO DO THE STANDARD MISSED APCH PROC IN EVENT OF ENG FAIL; AND I'M NOT CONVINCED THAT THE ACFT PERFORMANCE COULD ENSURE TERRAIN CLRNC.
