Narrative:
A new procedure is being put into effect that allows pvd TRACON to turn aircraft 90 degrees off V14 back into traffic Y90 TRACON is working. The air traffic manager has been made aware of this issue and has not responded.

Title: PVD CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING NEW PROC THAT ALLOWS TURNS INTO POTENTIALLY CONFLICTING TFC WORKED BY ANOTHER FAC.
Narrative: A NEW PROC IS BEING PUT INTO EFFECT THAT ALLOWS PVD TRACON TO TURN ACFT 90 DEGS OFF V14 BACK INTO TRAFFIC Y90 TRACON IS WORKING. THE AIR TRAFFIC MGR HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE AND HAS NOT RESPONDED.
