Narrative:
On MARCS8 arrival into sat over criss intersection descending through 8000 ft we received an RA. I immediately started a climb in accordance to RA command we passed overhead intruder aircraft by 200 ft. No injuries. Aircraft proceeded to sat for a normal landing. We never saw the intruder aircraft. All company procedures were complied with along with all FAA regulations.

Narrative: ON MARCS8 ARR INTO SAT OVER CRISS INTXN DESCENDING THROUGH 8000 FT WE RECEIVED AN RA. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED A CLB IN ACCORDANCE TO RA COMMAND WE PASSED OVERHEAD INTRUDER ACFT BY 200 FT. NO INJURIES. ACFT PROCEEDED TO SAT FOR A NORMAL LNDG. WE NEVER SAW THE INTRUDER ACFT. ALL COMPANY PROCS WERE COMPLIED WITH ALONG WITH ALL FAA REGULATIONS.
