Narrative:
Aircraft departed dfw on an RNAV departure route. This route (CLARE2 departure; swb transition) should have the aircraft from over clare to poten to tekbe to swb. The aircraft went from clare to swb. Poten is in near proximity to that route and was noticed when the aircraft didn't turn at poten.

Title: RADAR CTLR RPTD MD88 FAILED TO FOLLOW THE SWB TRANSITION RTE WHILE FLYING THE CLARE RNAV SID.
Narrative: ACFT DEPARTED DFW ON AN RNAV DEP RTE. THIS RTE (CLARE2 DEP; SWB TRANSITION) SHOULD HAVE THE ACFT FROM OVER CLARE TO POTEN TO TEKBE TO SWB. THE ACFT WENT FROM CLARE TO SWB. POTEN IS IN NEAR PROXIMITY TO THAT RTE AND WAS NOTICED WHEN THE ACFT DIDN'T TURN AT POTEN.
