In cruise with 12 qts of oil; the right oil qty indicator slowly decreased to 0. We got a right oil pressure low light with an intermittent right oil strainer clogging light. We followed the QRH and shut the right engine down and diverted. Supplemental information from acn 700695: we did a precautionary shutdown and declared an emergency. We diverted. The landing was uneventful.
