Narrative:

I was told by maintenance controller not to sign the blocks because the aircraft is going to be a ferry flight; so we facsimile log pages to maintenance controller to get it approved by maintenance operations director; and it was approved by maintenance operations director. Both blocks in question was a block for door lining removal for fom and inspection accomplished and found bushings to be bad. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the door liner was removed and the door inspected. Worn bearing were found and written up. The problem was none of these items were entered in the logbook prior to the maintenance ferry. The paperwork was faxed to the maintenance controller and maintenance manager and was approved. They failed to note the missing items.
