Narrative:
Me and another employee had a pre-service-2 check to perform we had a tire to change so we wrote it up and changed the tire around XA30. I had to check the tire with the accuflate; but nitrogen was not in the place I left it. I left the accuflate near the tire to remind myself to check it. When we were done with the check; I did a walkaround and I'm guessing some had picked the accuflate up; so I had continued on. Near the end of my work day I had been asked to sign a block on the tire change word card. I thought about it and assumed I had checked the tire; and signed it off. When I got home; I kept thinking about it and said why not just make a report and make sure it gets done.
