Narrative:
Discontinued takeoff after takeoff clearance was received. We advanced power to both engines and noticed right engine would not accelerate to takeoff power. Notified tower to cancel takeoff clearance and we exited the runway at first available exit. No airspeed at the time. Cleared runway; shut down engine.
