Narrative:
The first officer reported a green laser light was being flickered toward our aircraft while we were conducting a tiptoe arrival to runway 28L in sfo. The approximately location of the green laser was 10 NM southeast of the menlo fix. We reported the incident to ATC so they could warn other arriving aircraft. We were able to safely conduct a normal approach and landing.
