Narrative:

Turned final and doublechked the gear status indicator as usual -- green; landing gear indicated down and locked. Landed aircraft successfully; but on rollout I mistakenly raised the landing gear instead of the flaps. Landing gear retracted and aircraft slid to a stop on its lower fuselage (belly). Upon completely stopping the 2 passenger (both non pilot) were immediately evacuate/evacuationed while I reported a gear up landing on bkl tower frequency. Power; magnetos and fuel were then immediately turned to the 'off' position and I evacuate/evacuationed the aircraft. A handheld transceiver was used for subsequent communication with the tower. No injuries occurred. Corrective action: other than controling the aircraft; never attempt any other actions until turning off the runway.

Title: A PA30 PLT RAISED THE GEAR HANDLE INSTEAD OF THE FLAP HANDLE ON ROLLOUT AT BKL; RETRACTING THE LNDG GEAR. EVACED ACFT WITH NO INJURIES.

Narrative: TURNED FINAL AND DOUBLECHKED THE GEAR STATUS INDICATOR AS USUAL -- GREEN; LNDG GEAR INDICATED DOWN AND LOCKED. LANDED ACFT SUCCESSFULLY; BUT ON ROLLOUT I MISTAKENLY RAISED THE LNDG GEAR INSTEAD OF THE FLAPS. LNDG GEAR RETRACTED AND ACFT SLID TO A STOP ON ITS LOWER FUSELAGE (BELLY). UPON COMPLETELY STOPPING THE 2 PAX (BOTH NON PLT) WERE IMMEDIATELY EVACED WHILE I RPTED A GEAR UP LNDG ON BKL TWR FREQ. PWR; MAGNETOS AND FUEL WERE THEN IMMEDIATELY TURNED TO THE 'OFF' POS AND I EVACED THE ACFT. A HANDHELD TRANSCEIVER WAS USED FOR SUBSEQUENT COM WITH THE TWR. NO INJURIES OCCURRED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: OTHER THAN CTLING THE ACFT; NEVER ATTEMPT ANY OTHER ACTIONS UNTIL TURNING OFF THE RWY.
