Narrative:
Changing of times as recorded in aircraft log and crew track. On aug/xa/06; the recorded times in the aircraft logbook and my personal logbook are 3 hours 30 mins. After the flight was completed; I personally called dispatch to relay the times to them for that flight. After checking with crew track on the day's times they 'were' correct. The next day prior to starting a new trip I noticed that particular flight's times had been changed to 2 hours 30 mins (1 hour short of what they were the previous night in crew track). 3 days later; I would have a 30 and 7 problem prior to starting a new 4 day trip with the times that I had in my logbook (30 hours 33 mins). Crew track had it at 29 hours 16 mins because of the change. After calling scheduling to tell them about my time they decided to situation me out a few flts to make it legal. The problem is that the times are being changed without notice so people are 'legal' for flts in which they are not. After talking to head of crew scheduling; they later verified the times in the aircraft logbooks and I was correct. If not noticed; a violation with FARS would have occurred. This is not the first time I have noticed the times in crew track changing so that people are legal to fly.

Narrative: CHANGING OF TIMES AS RECORDED IN ACFT LOG AND CREW TRACK. ON AUG/XA/06; THE RECORDED TIMES IN THE ACFT LOGBOOK AND MY PERSONAL LOGBOOK ARE 3 HRS 30 MINS. AFTER THE FLT WAS COMPLETED; I PERSONALLY CALLED DISPATCH TO RELAY THE TIMES TO THEM FOR THAT FLT. AFTER CHKING WITH CREW TRACK ON THE DAY'S TIMES THEY 'WERE' CORRECT. THE NEXT DAY PRIOR TO STARTING A NEW TRIP I NOTICED THAT PARTICULAR FLT'S TIMES HAD BEEN CHANGED TO 2 HRS 30 MINS (1 HR SHORT OF WHAT THEY WERE THE PREVIOUS NIGHT IN CREW TRACK). 3 DAYS LATER; I WOULD HAVE A 30 AND 7 PROB PRIOR TO STARTING A NEW 4 DAY TRIP WITH THE TIMES THAT I HAD IN MY LOGBOOK (30 HRS 33 MINS). CREW TRACK HAD IT AT 29 HRS 16 MINS BECAUSE OF THE CHANGE. AFTER CALLING SCHEDULING TO TELL THEM ABOUT MY TIME THEY DECIDED TO SIT ME OUT A FEW FLTS TO MAKE IT LEGAL. THE PROB IS THAT THE TIMES ARE BEING CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE SO PEOPLE ARE 'LEGAL' FOR FLTS IN WHICH THEY ARE NOT. AFTER TALKING TO HEAD OF CREW SCHEDULING; THEY LATER VERIFIED THE TIMES IN THE ACFT LOGBOOKS AND I WAS CORRECT. IF NOT NOTICED; A VIOLATION WITH FARS WOULD HAVE OCCURRED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE NOTICED THE TIMES IN CREW TRACK CHANGING SO THAT PEOPLE ARE LEGAL TO FLY.
