Narrative:
Overweight landing +400 pounds due to expedite approach and handling going into mmex. Dirtied up early to burn enough fuel to get down to landing weight. We chose to land overweight due to terrain and limited language barriers. We felt this was the safest thing to do; rather than risk trying to explain the reason to tower ATC. Normal landing with no problems; maintenance notified.
