Narrative:
Photo flight; robinson R22/beta. Cruise flight; approximately 500 ft AGL: dense smoke from engine fills cockpit. Checklist procedures accomplished. Located suitable landing area; precautionary landing successfully executed. No injuries to passenger or pilot. No damage to helicopter. Helicopter trucked back to base. Post flight inspection reveals leak produced by an abraded oil line. Repositioning of emissions hose clamp with respect to engine oil lines would prevent reoccurrence.
