Narrative:

My aircraft was departing runway 24 at teb; nj. I was given the teb 5 departure. I was the flying pilot. The captain and I discussed the SID and noise abatement procedures several times before departure. This aircraft had a noise violation with another crew recently; so we wanted to make sure we followed the noise abatement procedure. This procedure has the aircraft climb at a slower speed V2+10 and reduce power after 300 ft and climb at a steeper angle. The departure SID requires you to maintain 1500 ft after takeoff then turn right to a 280 degree heading until 4.5 DME from teb VOR. After takeoff I became distracted from watching my airspeed and reducing power. I didn't catch my altitude until 1600 ft and immediately pushed the nose over but; it did not level off until 1800 ft. I immediately went back to 1500 ft and turned right to 280 degree heading.

Title: CITATION CE650 HAS AN ALT DEV DURING THE TEB 5 DEP.

Narrative: MY ACFT WAS DEPARTING RWY 24 AT TEB; NJ. I WAS GIVEN THE TEB 5 DEP. I WAS THE FLYING PLT. THE CAPT AND I DISCUSSED THE SID AND NOISE ABATEMENT PROCS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE DEP. THIS ACFT HAD A NOISE VIOLATION WITH ANOTHER CREW RECENTLY; SO WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE FOLLOWED THE NOISE ABATEMENT PROC. THIS PROC HAS THE ACFT CLB AT A SLOWER SPEED V2+10 AND REDUCE POWER AFTER 300 FT AND CLB AT A STEEPER ANGLE. THE DEP SID REQUIRES YOU TO MAINTAIN 1500 FT AFTER TKOF THEN TURN R TO A 280 DEG HEADING UNTIL 4.5 DME FROM TEB VOR. AFTER TKOF I BECAME DISTRACTED FROM WATCHING MY AIRSPEED AND REDUCING POWER. I DIDN'T CATCH MY ALT UNTIL 1600 FT AND IMMEDIATELY PUSHED THE NOSE OVER BUT; IT DID NOT LEVEL OFF UNTIL 1800 FT. I IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO 1500 FT AND TURNED R TO 280 DEG HEADING.
